Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable and customer-friendly attitude
Comfortable working in shifts (including weekends/holidays)
Basic knowledge of billing and stock handling
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):
Perform billing operations accurately and efficiently
Engage with customers to provide excellent service and boost sales
Participate in upselling activities to achieve store targets
Conduct stock counts and manage inventory levels
Handle incentive tracking and reporting
Manage stock transfers between warehouse and stores, and store-to-store as needed
Ensure store hygiene, product display, and adherence to operational standards
