Job Title: Senior Account Executive Key Responsibilities: Manage the full cycle of vendor payments including invoice validation, approvals, processing, and disbursement. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory regulations (GST, TDS, etc., as applicable). Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities related to Accounts Payable. Prepare and present payment forecasts, reconciliations, and reports to management. Drive process improvements and automation in payment and reconciliation activities. Support audits (internal and external) by providing reconciliations, schedules, and documentation. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s/master’s degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance. 5–7 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, vendor management, and reconciliations. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, vendor reconciliation practices, and payment cycles. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally, etc.) and MS Excel. Good understanding of tax implications in vendor payments (GST, TDS, WHT, etc.). • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ability to work under deadlines.
