As a Customer Service Representative, your role involves responding to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and chat to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of information. You will assist in processing customer orders and managing service requests with a strong focus on maintaining a high level of accuracy. It will be essential to document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system to continuously improve service quality. Collaborating with senior team members to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as necessary will also be a key responsibility. Additionally, participating in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills is vital. You will contribute to the development of customer service resources and training materials.
