As a Customer Support Executive at MyOperator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing their experience with our SaaS-based call management system. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer queries efficiently through calls, emails, and support tickets. By assisting customers in resolving common issues related to panel access, call reports, and login problems, you will contribute to maintaining a high level of customer service. Your role will also involve maintaining accurate customer records and updating ticket statuses using Zoho Desk. Collaboration with the support team will be essential for escalating complex issues to the relevant departments and ensuring timely resolutions. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to creating and updating FAQs and troubleshooting documentation, thereby improving overall customer support processes. To excel in this role, you should possess good communication skills in English, both spoken and written. Basic computer proficiency is required, and a willingness to learn support tools and CRM systems will be beneficial. An interest in SaaS, tech support, or customer-facing roles is desirable. The role requires full-time availability, including working on a rotational shift basis from Monday to Saturday.
