Customer Sales & Support Executive


Key Responsibilities :


  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, complaints, and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Promote services, offers, and packages to generate sales and maximize revenue.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products / services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Ensure adherence to service quality standards and company policies.


Requirements :


  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of work experience in customer support and sales, preferably in the hotel or hospitality sector.
  • Prior experience in a call centre handling customer calls and complaint resolution is mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written) with fluency in Tamil and English; additional regional languages will be an advantage.
  • Proven ability to handle difficult situations and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Passionate about sales with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM/Hotel Management Software.
  • Flexible to work in weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
