You are a highly motivated individual seeking to join a team as a Customer Sales & Support Executive in the Food Services Industry. You must have a background in call center operations, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales conversions. Your primary responsibilities will include handling customer calls, resolving complaints efficiently, promoting services to boost sales, and maintaining customer records accurately. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, analyze customer feedback to enhance satisfaction, and meet monthly sales targets. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Administration, have 3-5 years of experience in customer support and sales, excellent communication skills in Tamil and English, proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, and a customer-first mindset.
