Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting Rupeeq.com’s products and services to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emails, and social media channels.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable financial products and solutions.
• Present and demonstrate products and services to clients to generate interest.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and feedback professionally.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Follow up with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to optimize customer outreach and engagement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Goal-oriented with a proactive approach.
• Knowledge of banking and financial products is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline.
