You will play a key role in achieving monthly disbursement targets and building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Engage with inbound/outbound leads provided by RupeeQ and convert them into successful loan or card applications. Understand customer requirements and match them with suitable financial products from multiple banks/NBFCs. Clearly explain product features, eligibility, documentation, and process steps to customers. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by the organization. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve queries effectively. Collaborate with the team leader to drive performance and contribute to cluster targets. Key Skills & Competencies Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (knowledge of regional languages will be a plus). Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections confidently. Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales. Basic understanding of loans, credit cards, and financial products (training will be provided). Good computer literacy and comfort with CRM tools. Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong customer-first approach. Qualifications Minimum Graduate (any stream).
