Job Description

1. Customer sales representative (Female) – 1 Position

Salary: ₹30,000/month + Incentives

Job Description:

Oversee daily operations of the retail store.
Lead and train the sales executive team.
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations.
Manage inventory, display planning, and store presentation.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail sales or store management.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of sales tracking and inventory software is a plus.

1. Sales Executives (Female) – 3 Positions

Salary: ₹15,000-20000/month

Job Description:

Greet and assist customers in the store.
Provide product information and guidance to help customers make informed decisions.
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of products.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Handle billing and basic stock updates.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, well-groomed, and customer-friendly.
Basic knowledge of billing and inventory preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
