Job Title: Customer Follow-up & Office Executive Location: Rajendar Nagar, Sahibabad Company:Deconique (Furniture & Home Décor) About the Role: We are looking for a confident and well-spoken person who can handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and basic office coordination for our furniture and décor business. Key Responsibilities Handle customer calls & WhatsApp enquiries. Share catalogues, videos, and product details professionally. Maintain follow-up sheets (Google Sheet/CRM). Coordinate orders and updates with the internal team. Perform basic office tasks: data entry, documentation, organising files. Requirements Strong communication skills (Hindi + English). Confident on calls, polite and customer oriented. Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets). Ability to maintain regular follow-ups. Organised and responsible. Working Hours & Salary Full-time (on-site) Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 based on experience + incentives. Ideal CandidateSomeone who communicates clearly and confidently. Someone who keeps things organised and handles customers professionally. Someone comfortable with furniture/home décor products.
