Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Sales Executive to join our team in Delhi, specifically at Rajendra Place. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in sales or customer service. Roles and Responsibility
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
Conduct thorough analysis of customer requirements and offer personalized advice on two-wheeler loan options.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing and disbursement of loans.
Provide exceptional customer service by resolving queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job
Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of two-wheeler loan products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns.
