We're passionate about connecting people with nature, culture, and community. 🎯 Job Role:We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team and help us connect with potential travelers. Your role will be to inform, engage, and convert leads into happy travelers who are ready to explore with MOW! 📌 Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to leads generated via ads, website, social media, and other platforms. Explain available trips, treks, itineraries, and packages clearly and enthusiastically. Answer customer queries and provide relevant details (inclusions, prices, dates, etc.). Follow up with interested customers and help them complete the booking process. Maintain customer data, call records, and daily reports. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and trip lead teams for smooth communication.
