Your role will be to inform, engage, and convert leads into happy travelers who are ready to explore with MOW! 📌 Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to leads generated via ads, website, social media, and other platforms. Explain available trips, treks, itineraries, and packages clearly and enthusiastically. Answer customer queries and provide relevant details (inclusions, prices, dates, etc.). Follow up with interested customers and help them complete the booking process. Maintain customer data, call records, and daily reports. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and trip lead teams for smooth communication. We’re looking for a passionate Travel Sales Executive who loves travel and has a knack for creating and selling exciting trip packages. Key Responsibilities:Design, price, and create customized travel packages for individual and group trips. Convert leads into confirmed bookings through calls, WhatsApp, and social media. Understand client preferences and recommend suitable destinations and itineraries. Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to finalize trip itineraries and inclusions. Maintain and update trip details, pricing, and offers across all sales platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and travel partners. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Assist in creating promotional travel content (offers, captions, stories, etc.) for social media. Requirements:Minimum 1–2 years of experience in travel sales, operations, or customer handling. Strong communication and persuasion skills (Telugu, Hindi, and English preferred). Good understanding of Indian travel destinations and adventure trips. Ability to create itineraries and price travel packages competitively.
