Customer Sales Executive

As a Customer Sales Executive at DocIndia, a fast-growing digital healthcare platform based in Gurugram, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our network of qualified doctors and medical service providers across India. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential clients through effective communication and relationship-building strategies. Your duties will include developing a target list of independent primary care doctors, clinics, hospitals, and specialists. You will conduct cold calling to identify and engage potential clients, present and demonstrate products to showcase their value, and close sales with prospective customers. Additionally, you will manage accounts by maintaining relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction, collaborate with the business development team to strategize on market penetration, and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to enhance product offerings. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in sales, with experience in healthcare or related industries being a plus. You should possess strong negotiation skills, demonstrated ability in direct sales, account management, or business development, and experience conducting product demos that effectively highlight features and benefits. Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi are required, and proficiency in other languages is a bonus. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new sales techniques are essential. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree, and an advanced degree would be advantageous. While 3+ years of complex sales or healthcare consulting experience in a highly competitive market is preferred, freshers with good sales skills are also encouraged to apply.
