Customer Sales and Support Representatives

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound communications with international customers regarding products and services
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues promptly
• Assist sales teams by supporting the coordination of sales efforts and updating relevant records
• Deliver product information and service explanations to customers, ensuring clarity and understanding
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth processing of international orders and customer requests
• Stay up-to-date with promotions, product offerings, and operational changes to effectively support customers
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up and timely responses
  

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in customer sales and support roles, preferably in an international context
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills; additional language proficiency is a plus
• Experience with CRM software and sales support tools
• Proven customer service skills with a focus on empathy and problem-solving
• A detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and work collaboratively in a team
• Strong work ethic and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
