We are looking for Female Customer Relationship Officer Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Handle inbound and outbound calls, address inquiries, and provide product/service information. Maintain customer records and follow up with leads to convert inquiries into sales. Support the telesales team by making promotional calls and scheduling appointments. Manage front office operations including reception desk, visitor logs, and administrative support. Assist the sales team with lead generation, follow-up, and client coordination. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area. Handle basic documentation, data entry, and reporting tasks. Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality with strong customer service orientation. Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
