🤝 Position: Customer Relationship Officer 🏢 Company: Bhushan Automobile – Tata Authorized Service Center 📍 Location: Chirora, Patna, Bihar 💰 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (Fixed) + ₹3,000 Incentives Shift timing: 10 am to 6 pm friday week off ✅ Eligibility Criteria: Education: Minimum Diploma required Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience Gender: Female candidates only Language Skills: Intermediate English 📞 Job Responsibilities: Handle customer queries and complaints in person or over the phone Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction Coordinate with the service team for status updates Ensure timely follow-ups and communicate updates to customers Maintain customer records and service logs accurately Handle feedback and escalate issues where required 💡 Key Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused attitude Basic computer and data entry knowledge Ability to handle pressure and multitask
