Job Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through calls, emails, and messages.

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve product or service issues promptly.

Support post-sale services such as feedback collection, satisfaction checks, and repeat engagement.

Manage customer records and feedback using CRM tools.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and e-commerce teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Support in-store and online visitors with product guidance.

Help coordinate with the delivery/logistics team for timely dispatch and updates.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Strong communication skills in English, Malayalam, Tamil and Hindi

1–2 years experience in customer support, sales, or related roles (freshers with passion can also apply).

Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented personality.

Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM software preferred.
