Business Development Officer

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Officer to join our growing team. This is a core position in our startup and will involve overseeing day-to-day operations, managing client interactions, supporting sales initiatives, and assisting with business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

● Handle B2B and B2C customer inquiries and follow-ups

● Generate leads through retail, wholesale, and exhibitions

● Coordinate with manufacturing, packing, and dispatch teams

● Maintain sales records, manage inventory updates, and assist in basic accounts

● Support marketing campaigns via WhatsApp, Instagram, and email

● Ensure smooth office functioning and communication flow

Candidate Profile:

● Graduate in Business, Commerce, or Marketing preferred

● 1–2 years experience in sales, client management, or admin roles

● Fluent in English and Malayalam

● Proficient in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and basic digital tools

● Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

● Comfortable working in a startup environment with growth mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
