Role Summary

The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating and converting leads through field visits, site meetings, and customer interactions. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, strengthening market presence, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective coordination with internal teams.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • new business opportunities

  • sites, offices, and showrooms

  • Promote Homegenie products and explain technical features and benefits

  • Conduct product demonstrations and measurements where required

  • monthly and quarterly sales targets


Lead Management & Follow-Up

  • Handle leads from CROs, ERP, digital marketing, and referrals

  • Update lead status and meeting outcomes in ERP on the same day

  • Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and closures

  • Ensure timely collection of payments and documents


Customer & Market Coordination

  • Build strong relationships with:

    • Builders

    • Contractors

    • Architects

    • Dealers

    • End customers

  • Provide post-sales support until delivery and installation

  • Gather market feedback and competitor insights


Internal Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with:

    • CRO team

    • Production

    • Installation

    • Logistics

    • Accounts

  • daily field visit reports and sales updates

  • Participate in review meetings and training programs


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to close deals and handle objections

  • Customer-oriented and result-driven

  • Basic technical understanding of building materials

  • Good reporting and follow-up discipline


Qualification & Experience

  • Any Diploma / Any Degree

  • 0 - 3 years

  • Freshers with strong sales aptitude are welcome


Other Requirements

  • Willingness to travel extensively

  • Two-wheeler with valid license is mandatory

  • Smartphone for ERP and reporting
