The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating and converting leads through field visits, site meetings, and customer interactions. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, strengthening market presence, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective coordination with internal teams.
Promote Homegenie products and explain technical features and benefits
Conduct product demonstrations and measurements where required
Handle leads from CROs, ERP, digital marketing, and referrals
Update lead status and meeting outcomes in ERP on the same day
Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and closures
Ensure timely collection of payments and documents
Build strong relationships with:
Builders
Contractors
Architects
Dealers
End customers
Provide post-sales support until delivery and installation
Gather market feedback and competitor insights
Coordinate with:
CRO team
Production
Installation
Logistics
Accounts
Participate in review meetings and training programs
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to close deals and handle objections
Customer-oriented and result-driven
Basic technical understanding of building materials
Good reporting and follow-up discipline
Freshers with strong sales aptitude are welcome
Willingness to travel extensively
Two-wheeler with valid license is mandatory
Smartphone for ERP and reporting
