Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Orai at BlackBuck, located in Kalpi. The Orai will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day trucking operations, including coordinating with truckers, managing schedules, ensuring timely deliveries, monitoring vehicle conditions, and addressing any operational issues. The ideal candidate will work closely with fleet owners and drivers to enhance operational efficiency and maintain high standards of service.

Qualifications

Experience in logistics, transportation management, and operational coordination
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with fleet owners and drivers
Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for managing schedules and deliveries
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle operational challenges effectively
Ability to work on-site in Kalpi
A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in the trucking industry is a plus
