Responsibilities

  • Manage and update CRM system with client information
  • Track and analyze client interactions and data
  • Support real estate agents with client relationship management
  • Develop strategies to improve customer engagement
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to drive growth
  • Provide training and support on CRM best practices
  • Prepare reports on sales activities and client feedback

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
  • Experience in real estate sales or customer relationship management
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
