Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) based in Brahmapur, Ganjam.
The CRM will be responsible for Lead Generation, Cross selling products like FD, MF, SIP, Insurance.
The CRM will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing customer queries and issues.
The role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery, analyzing customer feedback, and identifying opportunities for improving customer experience.

Strong customer service and relationship management skil
Excellent communication and interpersonal skil
Ability to address customer issues and resolve them effectively
.Analytical skills to gather and interpret customer feedback

Experience in the finance or banking secto
