Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for a Customer Relationship Manager. The responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves strategizing to improve customer retention, conducting regular client check-ins, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience and engagement. Collaboration with internal teams to align customer needs with business offerings will also be part of the day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and client communication tools
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage customer issues, execute retention strategies, and ensure high customer satisfaction
Strategic planning and organizational skills
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Prior experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous but not mandatory
Familiarity with market trends and customer engagement strategies is beneficial
