Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain strong relationships with walk-in and repeat customers.
  • Follow up on leads and convert prospects into loyal customers.
  • Coordinate with the sales and after-sales team for smooth customer service.
  • Manage order tracking, delivery updates, and product issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide product information and recommendations, especially related to home products (e.g., kitchenware, home appliances, furnishings, etc.)
  • Assist in showroom walk-ins and guide customers through product selections.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a CRM or customer support role, preferably in home products or retail showroom.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of customer service practices.
  • Ability to handle queries patiently and professionally.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or software (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Local candidates from or near Kundli / Sonipat preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
