As we expand, we’re looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive to ensure our clients experience seamless service — from their first inquiry to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients — before, during, and after their events.
• Manage client communication across WhatsApp, calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Maintain and update client data in CRM software and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate between sales, photography, editing, and delivery teams to ensure smooth project flow.
• Handle customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Schedule reminders for deliveries, album collections, and post-event feedback.
• Ensure every client feels valued and receives a premium experience consistent with ThePhotoHub brand.
• Generate weekly reports on client satisfaction, retention, and referrals.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service / Client Relationship / Hospitality / Event Management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Fluent in English & Tamil).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling multiple clients simultaneously.
• Tech-savvy: able to manage CRM tools, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business efficiently.
• Warm personality with a strong sense of responsibility and brand representation.
• Photography or creative industry experience is a plus.
