Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with global and domestic clients.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, production, documentation) to ensure timely delivery and service.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in negotiations and support the sales team to achieve customer retention and revenue growth.
  • Keep track of export documentation, shipment schedules, and after-sales support.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling within existing client portfolios.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Prepare and present customer status reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum

    3 years of proven experience

    as a Customer Relationship Manager/Executive in industry.
  • Strong knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and logistics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle client escalations and resolve issues with a solution-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and basic reporting tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
