Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telesales, with the ability to engage customers, understand their needs, and close deals effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to sell products and services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Maintain a detailed database of customer information and sales activities using CRM software.
• Follow up with customers for feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and resolve customer concerns.

• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
