Job Summary: The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales by meeting clients in person, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, strong interpersonal skills, and a results-driven attitude. Key Responsibilities: Conduct sales visits to existing and potential customers to build strong relationships and drive sales. Present, promote, and sell products/services to meet customer requirements and exceed sales targets. Identify new sales opportunities and build a client portfolio. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations as needed. Prepare sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals. Gather feedback from customers to inform product and service improvements. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in CRM systems. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Collaborate with the internal sales team and other departments to ensure client satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales or a similar role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel frequently. Open to travel in different states (Northeast India) Preferred Skills: Experience in specific industry relevant to the company’s products. Knowledge of the local market and client base.
