📌 Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Company: Minchu Productions Location: Bangalore, India Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–2 years Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month (based on experience) About Us:Minchu Productions is a leading wedding photography and cinematography company that captures timeless stories across South India. From pre-weddings to naming ceremonies, we believe in curating heartfelt visual experiences for every milestone. We’re now looking for a dynamic Customer Relationship Manager to join our growing team and be the bridge between our clients and our creative crew. Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from inquiry to delivery Understand client requirements, event details, and expectations Coordinate with internal teams (photographers, editors, logistics) to ensure smooth execution Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and update clients on progress Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and spreadsheets Handle client feedback and resolve any concerns with empathy and efficiency Upsell additional services where relevant Who You Are:Excellent communicator in English, Kannada, and Hindi (preferred) Friendly, patient, and well-organized Comfortable handling calls, WhatsApp, and emails professionally Passionate about events, storytelling, and client service Previous experience in event coordination, customer support, or media production is a plus Perks:Work with a young, passionate, creative team Opportunity to be part of live event shoots and creative planning Dynamic work environment with room to grow Occasional travel to event locations
