Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the pre-sales and post-sales journey Maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing queries, concerns, and providing timely updates Coordinate with sales, site teams, and documentation departments to ensure smooth execution of agreements, registrations, and handovers Manage CRM tools and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and status Assist in scheduling site visits, follow-ups, and ensure a positive customer experience Handle grievance redressal professionally and escalate unresolved issues when necessary Contribute to customer feedback collection and implement suggestions for service improvement Desired Candidate Profile: 3–5 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in real estate Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Telugu, Hindi & English proficiency preferred) Familiarity with CRM software/tools Professional, patient, and customer-focused approach Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred) Benefits: Competitive salary.
