Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective buyers from provided databases or marketing leads. Explain project features, benefits, pricing, and location advantages of Maram Mihira. Coordinate with the field sales team to ensure seamless customer experience. Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into potential leads. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and conversion targets. Requirements: Proven telesales or telecalling experience in the real estate sector (2–5 years). Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer knowledge.
