Job Description

  • Handle customer inquiries, provide project updates, and resolve client issues effectively.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project cycle.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, agreements, and project-related documents.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site staff to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Manage office administration tasks including filing, documentation, correspondence, and data entry.
  • Maintain and update customer records, project details, and reports.
  • Support management in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and following up on pending tasks.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and front-office communication professionally.
  • Monitor payments, follow up on dues, and coordinate with accounts when required.
  • Assist with vendor coordination, purchase orders, and other admin-related tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,696.52 - ₹29,998.20 per month
