As a Business Development Associate at Infocom Software, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the company's growth trajectory. Collaborating closely with the Team Leads, your primary responsibility will involve implementing sales strategies to drive sales growth effectively. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a methodical and organized approach, coupled with a proven track record of successfully closing sales across diverse sectors. Moreover, the candidate should demonstrate exceptional communication skills to effectively articulate the benefits of our innovative services to a wide range of customers. Your key responsibilities will include focusing on acquiring new customers by converting promising leads into confirmed orders. Additionally, you will be tasked with promoting and selling our cutting-edge products, adeptly negotiating and closing sales, especially in routine scenarios. Furthermore, you will be part of the Renewal Team, dedicated to extending existing subscriptions and renewing expired subscriptions, emphasizing the importance of maintaining strong customer relationships through effective follow-up strategies. To excel in this role, you must meet the defined sales targets and objectives while continually developing and nurturing both existing and new customer relationships. The role requires fluency in Hindi, robust communication skills, and the ability to navigate interpersonal dynamics, influencing others positively through effective negotiation and motivation.
