Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage strong relationships with guests, members, and corporate clients.
Ensure a seamless experience for guests from arrival to departure.
Communicate effectively in multiple languages to provide personalized service.
Understand guest requirements and coordinate with various departments (Front Office, F&B, Events, Housekeeping, etc.).
Handle guest feedback, concerns, and queries professionally and promptly.
Maintain detailed records of guest preferences, visits, and interactions.
Support membership queries, renewals, and upgrades (if applicable).
Collaborate with sales and operations teams for client engagement and service delivery.
Assist in hospitality events, client visits, and walkthroughs when needed.
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and repeat business.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
