Job Title: CRM Sales Executive (Female) Location: [JAIPUR / NEW AATISH MARKET] Job Type: Full-time (Desk Job) Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Salary:Fixed: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month Variable: 1% of total sales (performance-based incentive) Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented female CRM Sales Executive to handle client relationships, follow up on leads, and drive sales conversions through effective communication and CRM management. Key Responsibilities: Manage and update customer records in the CRM system. Follow up with potential and existing clients to promote products and close sales. Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for lead generation. Maintain accurate daily reports and sales summaries. Build and maintain positive business relationships with clients. Required Skills:Strong communication and persuasion skills. Basic knowledge of CRM software or data entry tools. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word). Qualifications: Minimum education: Graduate (any stream). Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer support preferred.
