Job Summary:

Conbun is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive with 3 to 4 years of experience in customer engagement and support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be available to support customers around the clock (24/7). You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and acting as the primary point of contact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing queries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust.
• Provide real-time, 24/7 customer support through phone, email, chat, or CRM systems.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and problems are resolved.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Assist in onboarding new customers and providing product/service guidance.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher management as needed.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3 to 4 years of proven experience in customer relationship or client servicing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn customer support tools and CRM systems.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle high-stress situations with professionalism.
