Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) with a strong background in the automotive two-wheeler segment to manage and enhance our customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction initiatives. The ideal candidate will be passionate about premium motorcycles, customer service, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer relationship processes for new and existing customers.
• Ensure superior customer experience from inquiry to post-delivery service.
• Maintain and update the customer database (CRM software).
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and follow-ups effectively.
• Coordinate with the sales, service, and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement.
• Plan and execute customer retention programs and premium ride events.
• Ensure timely communication of offers, service reminders, and product updates.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the automotive (two-wheeler) industry; premium brand experience preferred.
• Education: Graduate in any discipline
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for motorcycles and customer service excellence.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
