Job Description

A Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and business growth. This role involves understanding client needs, providing solutions, and acting as the main point of contact between the company and its clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Reminding about Outstanding and try to collect the outstanding balance .
  • Identify client needs and work with internal teams to provide appropriate solutions.
  • Monitor client accounts to ensure service levels are met and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Handle client complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive relationship.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
