Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

As a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist at ATS Greens Paradiso, Sector CHI-4, Greater Noida, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing CRM systems to enhance customer relationships and drive sales. You will work with a team of 7 members, and your primary objective will be to maintain and update customer data in CRM systems, analyze customer behavior, segment the audience, develop and execute targeted email campaigns, and provide customer service support to resolve issues. To excel in this role, you must be proficient in CRM software, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The working hours are from Monday to Saturday, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (IST). This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of 25,000 to 30,000 per month. The interview process consists of 2 rounds - a virtual screening and a final face-to-face interview. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in customer relationship management and must be fluent in English. This is an in-person work location with day shift timings.
