Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive to join our team.The ideal candidate will be a female professional responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients. This role focuses on improving customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty through effective communication and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing product information.
• Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client information, interactions, and feedback.
• Issue Resolution: Promptly and efficiently resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating complex problems to senior management when necessary.
• Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in our products and services.
• Support Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support and provide insights on customer needs and preferences.

Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in a CRM, customer service, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

Salary - Based on Experience and Interview

Probation Period - 6 months

Timing - 9am to 6pm (Mon-Sat)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
