Job Title: CRM Merchandising

Location: Noida
Industry: Garment Exports / Apparel Manufacturing
Experience: 02–04 years (minimum 2 years in handling buyer accounts)

Position Overview

The role demands strategic thinking, operational precision, and a strong ability to build relationships across internal teams and with domestic and international clients.

As a CRM Merchandising, you will be responsible for delivering buyer satisfaction through consistent communication, timely execution, and a deep understanding of fashion business dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

Account Leadership & Buyer Interface

• Manage large-scale buyer accounts across domestic and international markets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all buyer communications, reviews, and escalations.
• Ensure alignment with buyer SOPs and seasonal requirements.

Order Execution & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Track order progress through T&A calendars; ensure timely approvals, production readiness, and dispatches.
• Coordinate with internal departments – production, IE, QA, planning, and logistics – to ensure smooth execution.
• Pre-empt risks and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum Graduate (Diploma/Degree in Fashion Technology, Apparel Merchandising will be a plus).
• 02–04 years of relevant experience in apparel merchandising.
• Proficiency in Excel, and production planning tools.
• Exceptional communication, and decision-making skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
