CRM (Customer Relationship Manager)

• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for client queries, concerns, and escalations
• Monitoring customer satisfaction and addressing service gaps proactively.
• Maintaining accurate customer records, reports, and communication updates in CRM software.
• Understanding customer needs and requirements to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
• Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
• Payment follow-up and direct communication with the client
• Developing and implementing strategies for building customer relationships and improving customer satisfaction
• Managing customer complaints and resolving them in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborating with the sales team to identify new customers and to win back former customers
• Collecting and analysing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and to develop new strategies for meeting customer needs
• Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team
• Planning and managing communication campaigns to engage customers
• Identifying and implementing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Coordinating with other teams to ensure consistency in customer interactions and to streamline the customer experience
• Monitoring and reporting on customer satisfaction metrics
• Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s products or services to provide accurate information to customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer relationship management: 2 years (Preferred)
