Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM to manage our customer relationship strategy, support retention efforts, and drive customer engagement. The role involves maintaining and analyzing customer data, and developing targeted marketing campaigns to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction. Responsibilities: Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers. Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by our team. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. Keeping customers updated on the latest services in order to increase sales. Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these. Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly. Requirements: BBA or MBA degree in Marketing or a related field. A minimum of 1 years’ experience. Fresher can also apply. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A team player with leadership skills. Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
