Ltd., your primary responsibility will be to re-engage and activate dormant client accounts, ensuring they become active and engaged users of our financial services. This role is crucial in maintaining and expanding our client base in the banking and trading sector. AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY Maintaining healthy relations with the client. Communicating with existing clients on calls & fixing appointments Must attend and handle client meetings. Making welcome calls to the clients in order to impart all the relevant information related to them. Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships. having banking ( finance) sector expereience Skills & Qualifications Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in local languages is a plus. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify client issues and provide effective solutions. Sales Aptitude: Experience in sales or customer service roles, with a focus on client retention and satisfaction. Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software. Good negotiation and communication skills : as well as good listening skills are the qualities that will help you to gain a strong grasp in the Capital Markets. Qualifications Prior experience in a similar customer-facing role is preferred. A graduation in any stream or bachelor's degree in business administration or master in finance 1–2 years in customer service, sales, or relationship management roles, preferably in the banking or trading industry.
