About the Role: We are looking for a smart, energetic, and responsible Customer Relationship Manager who can take charge of building strong client relations, boosting sales, handling data, and ensuring smooth execution of events. If you're passionate about communication, managing client relationships, and love cracking deals—this job is for you! ✅ Client Handling: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. ✅ Sales Experience: Identify opportunities, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into sales. ✅ Call Handling: Manage incoming & outgoing business calls with professionalism. ✅ Maintaining Records: Organize and manage both hardcopy and softcopy data efficiently. ✅ Presentation & Reports: Prepare timely presentations and performance reports. ✅ Event Management: Coordinate and supervise company events, workshops, or campaigns. ✅ Supervision: Oversee and manage junior staff or support teams during activities. ✅ Good Communication: Fluent in Hindi & English, both spoken and written. ✅ Deal Cracking Ability: Confidently negotiate and close profitable deals. ✅ CRM Tools: Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, Google Sheets will be a plus.
