Act as the primary point of contact for clients and address their queries, requirements, and concerns promptly. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients by ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Coordinate with internal departments (sales, production, dispatch) to fulfill client expectations. Handle client feedback, complaints, and service issues in a professional and solution-oriented manner. Maintain client database and follow up regularly for repeat orders or new requirements. Operations & Coordination:Manage and monitor the dispatch and delivery schedules as per client requirements. Ensure seamless communication between production, logistics, and sales teams. Prepare and maintain operational reports, order trackers, and performance dashboards. Handle documentation including invoices, purchase orders, delivery challans, etc. Assist in timely follow-ups on payments, materials dispatch, and client communication.
Drive heavy trucks safely for material delivery. Follow all traffic rules and company guidelines. Perform daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance. Ensure timely loading/unloading and documentation. Report any issues or delays to the supervisor.
