Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Customer Relationship Executive located in New Delhi. The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for -

·        Achieving sales targets,

·        Generating new leads through rapport building

·        Maintaining client relationships.

·        Inbound and outbound calling through CRM

·        The CRE will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.

Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.

·        Proven experience in sales or related field.

·        Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·        Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

·        Strong negotiation and closing skills.

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
