Job Overview:

We are hiring Sales Executives and Relationship Managers to join our growing team in Gurgaon. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable products and services. Candidates with strong communication skills and prior sales experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to promote and explain products/services
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
• Meet individual sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships (for RM roles)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (voice or field)
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Confident in customer engagement and product pitching
• Goal-oriented with a customer-first approach

Additional Information:

• Work Mode: On-site (Office-based)
• Working Days: 5 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off
• Shift: General or rotational (depending on process)
• Training: Provided after selection
• Incentives: Monthly performance bonus

Experience Required:

• Sales: 1 year (preferred from voice or field process)

Language Requirements:

• English and Hindi (preferred)
