Role & responsibilities

MUST TO HAVE SKILLS:- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.

  • Conduct outbound calls to existing customers or leads to discuss products, services, promotions, or updates.
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions or recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Follow up with customers after service interactions or sales to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
  • Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to customers via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Address and resolve customer queries, concerns, or complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Offer solutions tailored to meet customers needs, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of products or services offered to assist customers appropriately.

  • Stay up-to-date with the companys products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Share relevant information with customers and guide them in making informed decisions based on their needs.
